WFC | TriSaga is envisioned as India’s first-of-its-kind three-day endurance sports festival that brings together swimming, cycling and running in a structured format that allows participants of all fitness levels - from beginners to elite athletes - to compete and engage in endurance sports.

Weekend Fitness Carnival (WFC) | TriSaga is designed as a three-day sporting event, where each discipline is held on a separate day, allowing participants to take part in one or more sports according to their interest and capability.

It brings together the most popular endurance sports in a dynamic, carnival-like atmosphere. Our carefully designed formats cater to a wide spectrum of athletic abilities.

Rules and Regulations

It is each participant's sole responsibility to read, understand, and comply with all rules and regulations before race day. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defence.

  1. Participants must complete the entire prescribed course for their registered distance. Cutting the course in any form will result in immediate disqualification.
  2. Participants must always follow all instructions given by race marshals, referees, medical staff, and police. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  3. Foul, abusive, or threatening language directed at officials, volunteers, fellow athletes, or spectators is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
  4. The use of headphones, earphones, or any audio device that impairs your awareness of the environment is not permitted during any discipline.
  5. The use of mobile phones while actively racing (swimming, cycling, or running) is not permitted.
  6. Participants are fully responsible for knowing the course route. Marshals are only an aid - they do not replace the participant's own responsibility to follow the course markings.
  7. The Race Director and Peak Dynamic Sports will hold final authority on all matters relating to race safety, results, and conduct. All decisions are final and binding.
  8. All participants must be present at the start area at least 30 minutes prior to their wave or event start time.
  9. Peak Dynamic Sports reserves the right to alter course distances, routes, or event formats due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
  10. Participants must always respect the environment. Littering on the course is prohibited except at designated aid stations.Violations may result in time penalties or disqualification.
Grounds for Disqualification
The Race Director and Peak Dynamic Sports reserve the right to disqualify, warn, or impose time penalties for any breach of the following rules.
A. Conduct Violations
  1. Foul, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward any official, volunteer, athlete, or spectator.
  2. Deliberately impeding, obstructing, or interfering with another participant's race or equipment.
  3. Posting defamatory or false content about the event, officials, or participants on social media, during, or after the event
  4. Consuming alcohol during the event prior to or mid-race.
  5. Being under the influence of alcohol or banned substances at the start of any event.
B. Course & Race Integrity
  1. Cutting the course or taking any shortcut not sanctioned by an official.
  2. Using a bicycle, route, or equipment that does not comply with the rules.
  3. Failing to wear a properly fastened helmet during any part of the cycling leg.
C. Registration & Identification Fraud
  1. Racing under another participant's bib number or allowing a third party to race under your number.
  2. Providing false or misleading information during registration or medical declaration form.
  3. Selling, transferring, or offering to transfer a race entry to another person.
D. Registration Policy
Entry Confirmation
  1. Registration is completed only upon receipt of full payment through the official registration portal on the Peak Dynamic Sports website. Incomplete payments will not hold a spot.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at registration within 7 days of successful payment. The participant is responsible for ensuring the correct email address is provided and for informing the organiser of any changes at least 30 days before the event.
  3. Peak Dynamic Sports accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of communication arising from incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical failures beyond our control.
Distance Changes
  1. Distance upgrades and distance downgrades are not possible and cannot be permitted.
E. Liability, Media & Data
Personal Liability & Insurance
  1. By registering, participants acknowledge that participation in endurance sport is physically demanding and carries inherent risk of injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death. Participants accept these risks voluntarily.
  2. Peak Dynamic Sports, its directors, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any death, injury, loss, damage, theft, or expense sustained by any participant arising out of or in connection with the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  3. Peak Dynamic Sports is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment or property left at the venue, bag drop, or any other event location.
Photography, Media & Intellectual Property
  1. The event, course, and all visual and branded assets are the exclusive property of Peak Dynamic Sports. Participants may not use imagery, video, or event branding for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  2. The event will be photographed, filmed, and broadcast by the official media partner. By registering, participants consent to their name, image, and finish time being used for event promotion, media coverage, and social media publications by Peak Dynamic Sports and its partners.
  3. Personal audio/video recording during the race (including action cameras) is permitted for recreational, non-commercial use, provided it does not create a safety hazard. Cameras mounted on helmets or bikes are permitted. Handheld filming while cycling or swimming is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection
  1. Personal data collected at registration (including medical information) will be used solely for event organisation, safety management, result publication, and participant communications. Data will not be sold to third parties.
  2. Participants may request removal from sponsors marketing communications at any time by emailing the event contact address. Race results and associated data form part of the official public record and cannot be removed.

Event Guidelines

Day 1, 2nd October 2026 – Swimming

Venue: Rajsamand Lake, Rajsamand, Rajasthan
Format: Open Water

  1. All participants must be able to swim their chosen distance unassisted. Participants who cannot complete the course under their own power will be removed from the water by safety personnel.
  2. Each participant must wear their swim cap during the swim.
  3. Participants must not hold on to buoys, kayaks, safety boats, or any other person or fixed structure to gain rest or forward momentum. Brief contact with a buoy to orient yourself is permitted.
  4. Swimming must be completed within the marked course buoy lane. Any participant observed significantly outside the marked course will be disqualified.
  5. Participants in difficulty must signal to safety kayakers or patrol boats by raising one arm vertically and remaining as still as possible. Swim safety teams will provide immediate assistance.
  6. Aggressive physical, or intentionally obstructive swimming behaviour is prohibited. Athletes will be warned once; a second offence results in disqualification.
  7. Swim style - We only allow Front Facing Strokes during the course. If you are on your back, swim safety will assume you are in trouble and take you out of the water.
Water Safety
  1. A professional, fully qualified open-water swim safety team will always be on the water, consisting of manned safety kayaks, patrol motor boats, and lifeguards stationed at critical points around the buoy course.
  2. Participants who are directed out of the water by safety personnel must comply immediately without argument. Medical staff will attend to any participant assisted out of the water.
  3. The Race Director and Peak Dynamic Sports reserve the right to shorten, alter, or cancel the swimming course if water conditions deteriorate to a point where participant safety cannot be guaranteed.

Day 2, 3rd October 2026 – Cycling

Venue: Mewar Club and Bhilwara Highway
Format: Individual Road cycling – highway road terrain

Bicycle Requirements
  1. All bicycles must be in a safe and roadworthy mechanical condition. Bikes will be subject to a safety check before being permitted into the holding area. The Race Director reserves the right to refuse entry to any bicycle deemed unsafe.
  2. All participants opted for cycling category, are required to submit their bikes for check on 2 nd October 2026 at the Mewar Club, Rajsamand, Rajasthan from 4pm – 7pm. Failure to submit your bikes for check is grounds for disqualification.
  3. Road bikes, triathlon/TT bikes, mountain bikes, and hybrid bikes are all permitted. Electric bikes are not permitted.
  4. All bicycles must have functioning brakes on both front and rear wheels. A bike found with non-functional brakes will be immediately excluded from the event and will result in disqualification..
Helmet Rules
  1. Wearing a certified helmet is mandatory throughout the entire cycling leg, including while in the bike holding area. Helmets must comply with an internationally recognised safety standard (IS 4151, SNELL B90, ANSI Z90.4, EN 1078, or equivalent). A CE mark alone is not sufficient.
  2. The helmet must be fastened with the chin strap snug and properly secured before the participant mounts their bicycle. The chin strap must not be modified, stretched, or altered in any way. Officials will visually inspect helmet fit before athletes exit the bike holding area.
  3. Any participant observed on the course without a properly fastened helmet will be stopped by a marshal and given one opportunity to rectify. A second offence will result in disqualification.
Road Conduct
  1. All participants must obey the directions of traffic marshals and police personnel always deployed on the course.
  2. Participants must always ride to the left side of the road, except when overtaking.
  3. All participants must ride to the conditions of the road, accounting for weather, potholes, gravel, livestock, and oncoming traffic. The event operates on partially open roads - live traffic may be encountered on all routes.
  4. Chests must always remain covered during the cycling leg regardless of weather conditions.

Day 3, 4th October 2026 – Running

Venue: Puthol school starting point go towards Thoriya (route map to be published)
Format: Open rural roads

  1. Participants must complete the full prescribed course for their registered distance. Any participant observed taking a shortcut will be disqualified.
  2. Chests must always remain covered during the running leg regardless of weather conditions.
  3. Walking is permitted at any point during the run. Participants may use aid stations for rest, provided they do not obstruct other athletes.
  4. Pacerunners or unofficial pacers who are not registered participants are not permitted to run the course. Registered participants may run together naturally but may not intentionally pace another athlete.
  5. Any participant withdrawing from the run must notify the nearest marshal immediately. Do not cross the finish line if you have not completed the full course.
  6. Race numbers must be worn on the front of the body and always remain clearly visible during the run.

Prize Money Rules

  • Race results announced on race day will be provisional. Final results and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations.
  • The entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to:
    • Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including the start and finish mats, and/or
    • Physical verification by technical officials and/or anti-cheat cameras.
  • Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money.
  • Winners found to have skipped any timing mat, cut the course, or violated discipline-specific rules (helmet, swim stroke, etc.) forfeit prize eligibility regardless of finish time.
  • Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the Event Promoter, for disbursement of prize money.
  • Prize money will be given in Indian Rupees Only (INR) and subject to applicable Indian Income Tax Rules, and the winner will bear the applicable tax.
Additional Prize Money Rules
  • Eligibility: Prize money is exclusively open to Indian citizens, NRI's and Foreign nationals who hold a valid Indian government-issued ID.
  • Ranking & Results: All rankings and results are subject to ratification by the Race Officials.
  • Minimum Participation for Age Category Prizes: For prize money to be awarded in any age category, there must be a minimum of 11 registered participants in that specific category. If there are only 10 participants or less in a category, ONLY the winner will be awarded the prize money.
  • Prize Limitation:
    • One participant is eligible for only 1 prize as per the eligibility criteria and race category.
    • Participants registered for the Triathlon or Duathlon categories are not eligible for individual discipline prize money, and individual discipline winners have no claim to Triathlon/Duathlon category prizes. Each registration is eligible for prize money only within its own category, consistent with the "one prize per participant" rule.
  • Rule Modifications:
    • If a discipline is shortened or cancelled due to safety or weather, prize money for that discipline may be adjusted, withheld, or redistributed at the organiser's discretion.
    • All rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of Peak Dynamic Sports Private Limited.

The top 3 finishers, men and women, falling within the age groups given below, shall be eligible to win the prize money mentioned.

Participation Rule:
  • Individual Event

    Participants can register for any 1 distance in each discipline. You can individually register for Swim or Cycle or Run.

    Participants can also mix and match the distances of their choice but will have to register separately. Mixing distances will count as individual entries and will not be considered as a Duathlon or a Triathlon.

    For Example,

    Person can register for 500m Swim, 20km Cycle and 10km Run. But each registration will be considered as Individual entry and not a Duathlon or a Triathlon.

  • Duathlon

    Those choosing Duathlon will choose a specific format of Cycling and Running given above.

    For Example,

    The person choosing the Olympic category will do 40km Cycling and 10km Running.

  • Triathlon

    Those choosing Triathlon will choose a specific format of each category given above.

    For Example,

    The person choosing Super Sprint will do 500m Swimming, 10km Cycling and 3km Running.

Rajsamand does not have its own airport. The nearest airport is:

Where to Stay

Rajsamand has few options for stay, more and better options are available at Udaipur (65 Km) , Nathdwara (18 Km) and Kumbhalgarh (48 Km).

On the race day for participants staying at Nathdwara, bus transportation shall be provided as per event timings which will be advised later.

When is the event?

What is WFC | TriSaga?

WFC | TriSaga is a 3-day endurance sports festival where participants can compete in swimming, cycling, and running on separate days. Athletes can choose to participate in Individual event, Duathlon event or Triathlon event.

When is the last day to register for the event?

How is this different from a traditional triathlon?

Unlike a traditional triathlon where all three disciplines happen on the same day, WFC | TriSaga spreads them across three days: Day 1 - Swim, Day 2 - Cycle, Day 3 - Run. This format makes the event more accessible, flexible, and enjoyable.

Can I participate in only one race?

Yes. Participants can register for Swim only on Day 1, Cycle only on Day 2, Run only on Day 3, Duathlon (Cycle and Running), or Triathlon (Swim, Cycle and Run). Check Athlete Info for complete details.

Where is the Swim event taking place?

The Swim event will take place in Rajsamand Lake.

What can I wear for the Swim event?

Swimsuits/Shorts and a swimming cap are mandatory. Wetsuits are optional. You must bring your own gear.

What stroke can I use for swim event?

We only allow Front Facing Strokes during the course. If you are on your back, swimming safety will assume you are in trouble and take you out of the water.

Can I use any bicycle?

All mechanical bicycles are allowed. Electric bikes are not allowed. Participants must bring their own bikes.

Are helmets compulsory?

Yes. Helmets are compulsory and are to be worn for the full distance of cycling course. You must bring your own gear. Refer to Rules and Regulations for Helmet standards.

Will there be mechanical support during the race?

Basic technical assistance and emergency support will be available

Is the running event in the desert?

No. The running event will take place on normal roads and slightly hilly regions.

Will timings be combined?

Yes, for Duathlon (cycle on day 2 and run on day 3) and Triathlon (swim on day 1, cycle on day 2 and run on day 3), participants will receive cumulative rankings.

What is the minimum age eligibility for each race category?

Minimum age for Super sprint and Sprint is 14 years. Minimum age for Olympic and Zuuperman is 18 years.

Is registration allowed on race day?

No. Race-day registrations are not permitted. However, limited Expo registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers participation and includes T-shirts, timing bibs, a goodie bag, a finisher medal and certificate, event photography, and a post-event breakfast.

Will I receive a timing certificate and finisher medal?

Yes. All finishers of all race categories will receive a finisher medal and digital timing certificate.

Can I cancel my confirmed entry and get a refund?

No. Once registered, entries are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

How do I know for sure that I am registered?

Can NRI and Foreign nationals participate?

Yes, NRI and Foreign nationals can participate and are eligible for prize money. Prize money will be given in Indian Rupees Only (INR) and subject to applicable Tax Laws, and the winner will bear the applicable tax.

Overview

A prominent figure in India's long-distance running scene, Lihas Trivedi is the Founder and President of Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR). He has significantly contributed to the development of marathon culture in Ahmedabad, notably launching the city's first marathon in 2010 and serving as Technical Associate and Race Director for the Sabarmati Marathon, where he manages route planning and race execution.
